Power distribution system configuration
The generator set is only a power source. The mining area also needs to send power to loads such as crushing, screening, drainage, camps and maintenance workshops. Before quoting, you need to confirm the low-voltage cabinet, outgoing circuit, key load zone, cable distance, ATS/parallel interface and reserved expansion capacity.
First separate the crushing, screening, drainage, camp, maintenance workshop and other loads to avoid connecting all loads into one group.
Confirm the voltage, frequency, number of phases, main switch capacity, number of outlets, protection configuration and cabinet installation environment.
Review the access relationship between mains, generator, ATS, parallel cabinet and existing low-voltage system.
Reserve power distribution capacity in advance based on cable laying distance, dust and rainwater, maintenance space and later expansion.
